Use photos, tasks, and the project poster

Redliner is drawings-first, but the field still needs lightweight context. Photos, tasks, and project poster links keep the drawing record useful outside the office.

Photos

Use photos to document what the drawing alone cannot show: existing conditions, completed work, conflicts, damage, inspections, or site constraints. Attach photos to the relevant sheet, markup, task, or RFI when possible.

Tasks

Use tasks for work that needs an owner, status, and follow-up. If the task comes from a drawing issue, keep it linked to the sheet location so nobody has to reconstruct the context later.

Project poster

Use the project poster as a field access point. A printed QR code can send team members to the right project, drawing, markup, or workflow without hunting through folders.
