We collect account and contact information, organization details, billing records, support communications, product usage data, device and log data, cookies and analytics data, and content you upload or create in Redliner, including drawings, documents, markups, takeoff quantities, comments, photos, and integration metadata.

Your drawings, project documents, markups, and takeoff data remain your content. We use them to provide the Services, maintain the current drawing set, support collaboration, generate exports, troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, and improve Redliner. If you connect third-party storage or systems, we process the content and metadata needed for the integration you authorize.

Redliner may process drawings and project content with automated or AI-assisted tools for features like scale detection, title-block extraction, version comparison, markup re-anchoring, takeoff assistance, search, classification, and quality improvement. We use reasonable controls to limit access to project content and to protect customer data. AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified users before use in bids, contracts, field work, or safety-sensitive decisions.

We use information to deliver and operate Redliner, authenticate users, manage accounts, provide support, process payments, communicate with you, improve product reliability, develop new features, monitor security, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

We may disclose information to service providers who help us host, secure, support, analyze, communicate, and bill for the Services; to third-party integrations you authorize; to affiliates or successors in a business transaction; to legal, safety, and security recipients when required or appropriate; and with your consent or direction. We do not sell mobile contact information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website and application may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand site performance, improve product experience, and support security. Redliner is operated from the United States and is intended for business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
