Claude does not show Redliner tools
- Confirm the connector entry is in the correct Claude Desktop config file.
- Restart Claude Desktop after editing the config.
- Check that the connector command path is correct.
- Look for JSON syntax errors in the config file.
API key errors
- Confirm the key exists and has not been revoked.
- Confirm the environment variable or secret name matches the connector instructions.
- Check that the key has the read scopes required for the question.
- Rotate the key if it may have been exposed.
Answers look incomplete
The connector can only answer from data it can access. If a project, drawing set, RFI, or takeoff is outside the key’s scope, Claude may not see it.
